NOTE: The organizing committee has decided to promote a special discount for PhD students in order to encourage young researchers partecipation. This initiative is intended to help research groups after COVID-19 pandemic period during which several research activities suffered an evident crisis.

Please, take into account that is possible to switch from virtual participation to standard one.
We kindly require to communicate this decision as soon as possible to the organizing committee and to perform a bank transfer including the difference (if any) of the conference fee.
PAYMENT INFORMATIONS
- For Non-Italian Institutions or Companies:
Payment must be done via bank transfer, adding the keyword “AIGE Conference – NAME OF THE PARTECIPANT” in the operation description/object.
Partecipants, coming from Italian Universities (or other Italian public institutions), have to provide an order to Dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale e Scienze Matematiche – Università Politecnica delle Marche.
It is important to introduce a description of the order containing a reference to: 6hth AIGE/IIETA International Conference and XV AIGE Conference and the name of the partecipant.
- For Italian Institutions:
Payment must be done adopting the procedure described in D.L. 24/1/12 art. 25 c. 8,9,10.
Bank transfer must be performed through Girofondi Banca d'Italia tesoseria conto 0037301
Università Politecnica delle Marche
- For Italian private subjects:
In reference to Italian regulations (l’art. 65, c. 2 del D.Lgs. 13/12/2017, n. 217) payments from Italian private subjects have to be performed trough "Avvisi di Pagamento PAGOPA" which will be emitted on the basis of conference registration data
